C1840 Beautiful Federal American Sully Gilded Antique Portrait Folk 9 x 11 Frame

A beautiful c1840 American Sully style gilded frame. Excellent original gilded surface on 2 1/2 wide molding with fantastic patina. Typical flat, canted molding with rounded top edge and stepped site edge. This is a thick, solid frame with square nailed, mitered corners and ochre painted sides. Ame is in fantastic condition with only minor wear and me. Asures 13 1/8 x 15 1/2 with a 9 1/8 x 11 1/2 rabbet (cut down from larger size at some point). C1830 Outstanding Wide American Lemon Gilded Folk Primitive Portrait Ogee Frame

This is an excellent c1830 American gilded frame. Original bright, gilded surface with excellent worn patina and bole reveal on 3 wide ogee molding. The frame is in great condition with minor wear/losses and measures 17 3/4 x 25 1/2 with a 12 3/4 x 20 1/2 rabbet. Cut down from a larger size at some point this frame has mitered corners and repainted ochre sides. This is an outstanding period lemon gild. C1850 Excellent LARGE AMERICAN Victorian Gilded PRIMITIVE FOLK 20 x 24 Frame

This is an excellent, large mid 19th century Victorian era hump-in-the-middle gild. Great silver gilded, worn, raised middle area with light lemon gilded shallow scoops on either side and silver site edge. Frame is in great condition with nice aged patina and minor losses. Measures 23 3/8 x 27 1/2 with a 20 x 24 3/8 rabbet and of course this is resizable if needed. Mitered square nailed corners and unpainted sides.
