Signed on front lower left of painting-on the back of board is the original exhibition tag from Oakland Art Association from 1997. Back also is signed and titled in ink along with original artist tag. Painting dates: 1990’s. Painting-12.25″ x 17.5″. Condition: Nice condition with mild wear. Couple tiny spots and stains as shown, areas with mild paint loss, some lifting under tape with mild loss, smudges and stains on matting, painting HAS lifted from matting and board. Needs to be remounted and framed. Overall in good condition. Mild touch up needed but certainly not necessary. This painting is going to look beautiful hanging once framed!
