Painting on the other side Liberty Lady – if you look close, she’s crying. Early on, as a Folk Artist, Jr Charlie didn’t have much to paint on. He did Liberty Lady in 2020, and she is double signed. Later, when he needed a board, he painted Banana Congress in 2021. Jr Charlie has had some health issues, and so is letting go of some iconic pieces. This is 2 of those.
