Antique wedding chest is nicely hand painted on 3 sides and the semi domed. Hearts and flowers decorate the box, has an original handmade iron lock. Overall condition of the paint is very good, front has some yellowing to. Has some insect holes, insects are long gone. Has repairs to back. Of lid, bottom edge on the back has a repaired corner. Inside the front above the. Lock has an added strip of wood. French or Scandinavian c. 16″ long 10″ deep 11 tall.
