An base salmon, and and overlying deep green/blue. Measuring 20 3/4″ h x 16 3/4″ w x 9 deep, the condition of the painted surface is illustrated by the two images in picture #6. She is not however without some apologies. Most importantly, the base trim on both sides is replaced… See my last picture. The glass is also a replacement and may have originally held a mirror. There is also the shadow of a missing block at the top board, but what purpose that served is unknown. Since there is no interior shelf (and there never has been), it is possible that this cupboard was originally intended to display a Mexican Santos.. But that’s merely speculation on my part. American Antique Folk Art Cabinet Cupboard With Glass White Alligator Paint

AMERICAN ANTIQUE FOLK ART CABINET CUPBOARD WITH GLASS WHITE ALLIGATOR PAINT. Up for sale is this wonderful little glass door cabinet. It’s old and it’s Primitive. It measures 60.25″ high x 42.25″ wide at the crown and is 15 1/2 deep. There’s one drawer down below the doors and the drawer is 32.25″ wide by 11.75″ deep by 6.25 high. The drawer is painted a vibrant red on the inside as you can see. Inside the top shelf is 9.5″ high the next shelf is 8.5″ high. The next shelf is 14″ high and the bottom shelf is 14″ high. If you remove the top shelf, the next top shelf would be 19″ high as it goes up underneath the front of the cabinet and its about 14″ high to the door head. The barber pole is not for sale. It’s a nice two door cabinet with four panes of glass. Inside it’s painted a white also but the shelves clearly have undertones of red. The hardware, hinges, and latches appear to be original! There are rusty little Shaker style hinges and the little latch on the door has a metal knob. The latch is rusty and painted. The little frames of around the glass parts aren’t as old as the cabinet but we don’t know how old they are. The top is painted as you can see in the pictures and it has a crown around the top. Most of the main wood on this cabinet is 3/4 thick. The back is made from boards and the nails have iron spots and streaking as you can see. There’s also a little repair down at the lower left side. We took a close-up of that. It’s an old white paint with undertones of off-whites. There’s a lot of alligatoring, dry, chippy and peeling paint here and there as you can see. It’s old and it’s cool! There are also some scratches, nicks, chips, surface rust, paint loss, alligator paint, crackle, hand rub wear, edge wear, paint marks and patina. These are all things you want to see in a true antique – don’t you just love it? ! ? ! It’s a nice size too!! It’s a very nice piece for your collection. Thank you for looking at this item. AAFA EARLY FOLK ART ANTIQUE WALL CABINET CUPBOARD OLD BUTTERCREAM PAINT CRATES. Up for sale is this wonderful old wall cabinet or cupboard. It’s a very soft buttercream color. It has a single door and flat top with a top scalloped crown to it. There are two butterfly style hinges and a wooden knob / pull. The hinges are probably the original ones as you can’t see an outline of another hinge anywhere. The hinges have some surface rust on them. The cabinet measures 17.5″ W x 10.25″ D x 28.5 H to the front scallop. The cabinet is old and the paint old, dry and has a lot of alligatoring you can see in the pictures. It does have round nails and some of them are rusty too. The paint is old and crackled with hints of wood showing through. The back of the cupboard is wood and it made from four pieces of wood. The top is also painted as you can see. It is also square mortised at the top to the sides. Inside there are two shelves, three sections total. The inside is not painted and the middle shelf is made from an old crate that says G. It announces their daughters marriage in 1943. Please see the photos for an accurate detail and description. AAFA EARLY FOLK ART ANTIQUE CABINET CUPBOARD OLD RED GREY PAINT SQUARE NAILS. Up for sale is this wonderful old wall cabinet or cupboard. It’s a wonderful grey / red color. It has a single door and scroll top. There are Shaker style hinges and a wooden thumb-turn spin latch. The cabinet measures 27.25 H to the main part of the cabinet and 31 H to the top of the scroll top x 19 W x 10.25 D. There is a large hole in the scroll top probably from where it was hung on the wall. The cabinet is old, but we don’t know how old. It does have square nails in the back and we took a picture of some of them for you. They are all rusty but some of the nails are round also. The paint is old and crackled with grey on top with red and wood color undertones. The back of the cupboard is wood and it made from two pieces of wood (or one split one) and the gap between the two sides is pretty obvious as you can see in the pictures. Inside there are two shelves, three sections total. The inside is painted the similar grey with stains, streaks, edgewear, patina and obvious wear from use and age. Up for sale is this Early Folk Art Antique Cabinet Cupboard With Grey Paint. It has a single door and a flat top. The door latch is old as you can see in the photo. The cabinet measures 31.75″ tall and 20.75″ wide and 12 deep. The bottom of the cabinet has a sign label from early 1900’s and has exceptional color to it for it’s age. The cabinet is in used with signs including a bow in the front door, bumps, chips, scratches, paint imperfections, dirt, stains, etc. See the photo’s for an accurate detailed description. Aafa Antique Early Folk Art 1800 Cupboard Pie Safe Square Nails Dovetailed Paint

AAFA ANTIQUE EARLY FOLK ART 1800 CUPBOARD PIE SAFE SQUARE NAILS DOVETAILED PAINT. Up for sale is this wonderful old primitive pie safe / cupboard. It’s a nice sized two door cabinet with a single drawer up above. On the sides, there are punched tins little stars on them as you can see in the pictures. They appear to be the original tins which are in good shape as you can see in the pictures but not without issues. There is a hole in the second tin on the left side. There’s some paint on the tins and some paint not on the tins. 38.75″ wide at the top by 16″ deep at the top it’s 50. It’s a wonderful Primitive red painted finish with the richness of the patina of age. The back is great looking and has stains and patina. It also has letters stenciled across the top of the back and they say “AWG”. There are square nails in the top along with rusty round nails. We took a close up picture for you. On the front, the left door has a crack / split in it in the middle and the right door has a crack / split along the right side. You can see these in the pictures. On the drawer, the left knob / pull is a mushroom style while the right one is not. There’s a little metal thumb turn on the doors and it has some marking, scarring and twisting marks from years of use. Inside there’s a latch bolt that apparently was added to keep the left door in place and then the thumb turn keeps the other door to the left door. The doors have Shaker style hinges. Inside there are three shelves which have patina and wear on them. The top is wood but is not painted. The drawers are not dovetailed. This is everything you’d expect to see from an old survivor cabinet like this! What a great look! The cabinet has some edge wear, scrapes, scratches, chunks of wood missing, chips, patina, fading, variation of color, mouse holes, rounding, and nicks.
