Everything I list is from my personal excess of collections and accumulations from my smoke-free home. A large antique rosemaled ale bowl from Norway, measuring a generous 9″ in diameter and 3.75″ tall. Lovely old muted colors are featured in the free-flowing folk painted design inside. Around the outer rim are words that rhyme…… I think it says something about filling the bowl to the brim and honoring the man who can drain it! As you can see in the photos there is some wear to the paint here and there and a very tiny 1/2 tight crack along the rim on one side. It makes a nice display piece with a wonderful old world look.
