Condition is very good and clean on front for the age, with slight wear in a few small places on edges, MODERATE bowing. Paintings is NOT warped, but is SERIOUSLY BOWED. I cannot say whether a frame shall or shall not straighten out the painting, if simply place in one. A professional framer can straighten out this painting in a frame, if you so choose. Overall size is 16 inches by 20 inches. Artist is Ann Cusick of Rhode Island. Provenance of the scene is this is Cumberland, Rhode Island. I also wrote provenance on back. Cumberland Rhode Island was settled originally as part of Rehoboth, MA. The property was eventually transferred to Rhode Island and named in honor of Prince William, Duke of Cumberland.
