Original Portrait Painting Banjo Player Mountain Man Musician Country Folk Art
Original Portrait Painting Banjo Player Mountain Man Musician Country Folk Art. Signed, titled and dated on back. Size: Roughly 9×11 inches. About this series: I’ve been rescuing cardboard from going into the recycle bin since 1999. Some of the cardboard has been measured, & cut with a knife. Other pieces are raw, ragged, and torn. I want these pieces to resemble the art I create for myself in my art journals, so I’m creating it in a primitive, playful, naive style. About the artist: Daily painter, licensed artist, and blogger. I paint portraits, flowers, birds, and abstract paintings. My artwork can be seen in the movie The Whale (2022), starring Brendan Fraser, Criminal Minds on CBS, and in shops around the world.
