9″ tall x 11.75″ long x 1/2 thick. There is a date on the back of 1923. The frame is in rough shape… Taped together & falling apart. Glass front to frame present. I have NOT removed the picture from the frame, did not want to damage it further. The picture is either hand drawn, OR oil painting or similar. No name /artist signature… Does resemble ERNST HUBER VILLAGE IN WINTER WATERCOLOR ON PAPER?? The frame & picture/painting has water damage, & are both in serious need of assistance. I woukd Love this to find a new home where it can be salvaged, loved, adored, & brought back to its former glory.
