She had told me she painted these scenes from her childhood spent growing up in Cobb County, Georgia. This awesome piece features the Riverside Baptist Church and many children playing all over the grounds along the river. I love the two children hanging out the upper window of the church! Just a beautiful and heart warming piece of Americana and times gone by! I have had this in my collection ever since along with a few other pieces of hers.
