It appears that her dog doesn’t appreciate her playing. He looks as though he might be howling. The adorable baby-faced girl wears a black smock dress with black tights and lace up boots. The painting bears a signature that looks like Lenz E Harding and has a date of 1936. The inscription on the back reads Painted by Lee Harding Early 1900’s (Al’s Mother). The painting is in wonderful condition with one area of minor paint loss. Also, it is somewhat loose in the frame but not going anywhere. The picture itself measures approx. 11 1/2″ x 15″.
