It is well done yet naive, the colors are perspective are wonderful. The painting is not signed that I can find. Overall dimensions are 14 3/4″ wide x 221/2″ high including the frame. The Oil Painting is in very good overall condition. The frame has losses to the side edges around the perimeter, see photo. The painting would be perfect in a country, primitive or folk art decor, it is very sweet.
