Description & Condition: Up for sale is this antique circa 1900 miniature folk are painted wooden box. It is decorated on all sides with the top having two figures on horseback in a battle. The sides are decorated with figures with one holding a shield and the front with figures in a chariot. The back is decorated with a half sunburst. It is in very good all original condition and measures 5 1/2″ by 3 5/8″ by 2 5/8 tall. The cover with writing below the scene “Battachia di Rue Cavaleere”. (Battle of the Knights)?
