This is an Impressive Early 19thC ca. 1810 Oil Painting of a German Kurhessen Sharpshooter Identified as William Rudolph Kees who was killed in Russia during the War with Napoleon in 1814/1815. This painting displays very well with a Unique & Highly Impressive early 19thC folky style that is begging to be back on display.
