This board does not hang; it’s meant to lean vertical or horizontal. Depending on which picture you want displayed. Banana Congress – the Capitol, full of bananas. Painting on the other side Liberty Lady – if you look close, she’s crying. Early on, as a Folk Artist, Jr Charlie didn’t have much to paint on. He did Liberty Lady in 2020, and she is double signed. Later, when he needed a board, he painted Banana Congress in 2021. Jr Charlie has had some health issues, and so is letting go of some iconic pieces. This is 2 of those. Artist Bio: Patriotic American Artist with a commentary on the world & America. Jr Charlie is out of Indiana and works in a variety of mediums from carving & sculpting. To writing to music! Antique American Southwest Folk Art Double Sided Painting Indians Deer Hunter

This painting is out of a mansion that was previously located in Little Italy, Omaha, Nebraska, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Omaha. It measures 48 inches wide by 36 inches tall. This is a double sided painting, someone painted on an old sign. There is a steel sign underneath here at one point in time I was able to read the writing on the sign of who manufactured the sign, but I couldn’t find it as I was looking through this time but I know it’s on there. It could be an old Pepsi sign or Dr Pepper sign or whatever so there’s three pieces here there’s a sign underneath the painting that’s unknown there’s a side that has the Indians on the mountain overlooking a horse caravan down below, and on the opposite side is a painting of a deer hunter getting ready to shoot a deer up creek from him, there is some paint that’s missing as seen that is fell off on one side and on the side where the Indian is at it kind of has rust bleeding through. I’m guessing this painting is from the early 1900s there is a signature on both sides one side I cannot read the other side is somewhat eligible, but I do not know who the artist is, I’m not into collecting folk art, but this is a beautiful piece regardless, if somebody painted it or somebody else just painted it, I really don’t know it would be an excellent piece to display. The corners are a little bit loose, the metal is held in by nails as seen on the back again this is a very nice piece of folk at its finest.

Hello, you are viewing my listing for an Antique Carrom Company Wood Game Board made in Ludington Michigan. There are multiple patent dates present with the latest showing 1902. This is a Double Sided Folk Art Painted Wood Game Board. There is a decal attached to the side that states that this is a No. This wood game board weighs 7.4 pounds and measures 28 and 1/2″ wide by 28 and 5/8″ tall by 1 and 1/2 thick. It is in good condition with some minor wear present. I do not see any breaks or repairs. There is a hook added to the one side in case you wanted to hang this on the wall for a wonderful folk art look. Please view all my photographs for further details. Please note all sales are final. Here is an unusual Miller piece as it is painted on both sides and has a hole for hanging. Can be used as a mobile. This metal is probably tin and not corrugated.
