Vintage Folk Art Primitive Oil On Canvas Painting of Man/Boy & Dog With Detached Broken Frame. Preowned with minor wear on the actual painting, but the sides of the canvas/corners&edges, have some wear, as shown in pictures. The canvas is detached from the frame. The frame shows wear. The frame is old wood with what appears to be veneer over it. The corner of the frame is coming apart, as shown. The frame has a long scratch on it and the edges/corners have wear, as shown. This does appear to be an oil painting based on the appearance on the canvas and the paint along the sides of the canvas. The painting has areas of shininess where it looks wet. The painting measures 9×12 without the frame. With the frame, approximately another inch longer and wider. Nice painting for an art enthusiast or a collector of vintage items!
