Absolutely beautiful front and back. Has an old sticker/tag that is peeled off on bottom which may have been the original tag, not sure. L, but it’s pictured. The resting eagle appears to have a smudge or imperfections its head, but thats the way it was painted. Do female eagles have this on their head, idk? ! ? ! Box will be larger sized. Many items I find i would like to keep… But i must let go… You should feel confident purchasing this piece!!!

Very early, phenomenal surface. Hand carved, well made. Could be late 1800s or early 1900, I dont know. Looks like black paint and the heart in the center is some sort of paper material applied to the wood. Best one Ive ever seen. 9 1/4 inches tall. 7 1/2 inches wide.
