The painting is quite well done and a little folky, appears to be signed in red in the lower left below the paper mat. Condition: Good antique condition. Height 11 1/2 Inches 29.2 cm. DOLL HOUSE ANTIQUE FOLK ART ARCHITECTURAL MODEL WOOD OOAK RED WHITE PAINT AAFA. Up for sale is this wonderful old antique Primitive architectural building / model or doll house. This is a 2-story wood house that has a hipped roof. The roof does not come off but the back of the house has an opening so you can get inside!! It has a wood exterior with white / and off-white paint, green trim and a red roof, columns and porch. The red paint is all crackled as you can see in the pictures. The white paint has a lot of patina / grunge as you can also see in the pictures. There are two windows on the front upstairs and one window and a door under the shed roof porch. There are also four windows on right side of the house and none on the left side of the house. On the front, the floor of the porch is the same nice oxblood red color. The windows are simple, Primitive, Craftsman-style windows with green frames. The back of the house is open for easy access as you can see in the pictures. When you look inside, you can see wires and sockets for light bulbs. We don’t know what this would have been used for, perhaps a train set? We don’t know if the lights work or not. You can also see a little stair inside from the first to the second floor. Inside the house its all open. The house does have a lot of edgewear, scrapes, chips, crackle, alligatoring, nicks, grunge, fading here and there, scuffs and chips! The edge of the roof has some dings at the corners as you can see in the pictures. The house measures 23.5″ D x 15.5″ W x 21.5 H. Thank you for looking at this item. Early Antique Folk Art Architectural Model Old Church Wood Original Paint

ANTIQUE FOLK ART ARCHITECTURAL MODEL OLD CHURCH WOOD OOAK. Up for sale is this wonderful old antique church / architectural building / model or doll house. This is a large Gothic style cathedral that has a roof and 3 spires. The roof does not come off. It looks like it has a wood exterior with grey paint, brown trim and blue windows. The reddish roof is a shake-style steep pitched roof with metal gutters along the edges of the roof. The spires are painted red with a brick pattern and black roofs / spires, one with a metal cross on it. The others are on there pretty good so we won’t take those off, not that we can. It measures 27″ to the top of the spires, about 20″ W and about 24 D. It weighs a hefty 35 lbs. Clearly this is a European church. We don’t know the age of the model of the name of the church. It’s old and it’s heavy. Over the front entrance there’s a little metal awning and on the side of the entrance there are two brown wood logs, or posts. The logs are not glue in place and may come out from under the awning. And, the awning and front wall move back and forth a little if you push on it, so don’t push on it. On the ground around the church are some flat green things. We think these might be pieces of vinyl. They gotten chipped, worn, broken and missing over the years, so please review the pictures on those items. The church does have a lot of edgewear, scrapes, chips, crackle, alligatoring, nicks, grunge, fading here and there, scuffs, pieces missing and chips! The house measures 23.5″ D x 15.5″ W x 21.5 H. DOLL HOUSE ANTIQUE FOLK ART ARCHITECTURAL MODEL WOOD OOAK GREEN WHITE PAINT AAFA. Up for sale is this wonderful old antique Primitive architectural building / model or doll house. This is a 2-story wood house that has a gable roof. It’s sort of a single story with an attic conversion because there’s a window in the attic space. The roof comes off as you can see in the pictures! We think the exterior and roof is made of asphalt shingles. The walls are green and the roof is red. The trim is wood and it’s painted white. The paint is all peeled, aged and worn as you can see in the pictures. The paint has a lot of age to it as you can see in the pictures. There are two windows on the upstairs / attic area, one on the front of the house and one at the back of the house. There’s also a front and back door and they work. At the front there’s a porch and two windows under the porch. The front door works but is not painted. There are also four windows on left side of the house and three on the right side of the house. All of the windows have glass in them which is unusual for an old house like this. On the front, the floor of the porch is a nice weathered wood. The house does have a lot of edgewear, scrapes, chips, crackle, alligatoring, nicks, grunge, fading here and there, scuffs and chips! The front gable of the roof has a piece of roofing missing as you can see in the pictures. The house measures 29″ D x 20″ W x 24 H. Thank you for looking at this item. This is a single-story house with a gable roof. The roof does not come off. It has a wood exterior with yellow paint, green trim, columns and porch and a black shingle roof. The paint is all old and worn as you can see in the pictures. The house measures 18″ L x 17″ W with the porch x 18 H with the chimney. The base measures 27.5″ L x 25.5″ W x 2.25 H. There are two windows on the front under the porch and one little window in the dormer. There are also two windows on right side of the house and two on the left side of the house. On the back there are two also. The windows are simple, Primitive, Craftsman-style windows with green frames. The back of the house has a little porch on it also. As you can see in the pictures. When you look inside you can see that the house is unfinished inside. But there is a knob with a little metal thing inside with two wires attached to it. We don’t know what this would have been used for, perhaps a train set? Inside the house its all open. The house does have edgewear, scrapes, chips, crackle, alligatoring, nicks, scuffs and chips! It has a wood exterior with off-white paint, green trim and a red roof, columns and porch. The white paint has a lot of patina / grunge as you can also see in the pictures. There are three windows on the front upstairs and two windows and a door under the shed roof porch. There are also two windows on right side of the house and two on the left side of the house. There is no glass in any of the windows. The windows are simple, Primitive, Craftsman-style windows with green frames. The back of the house has a big opening for easy access as you can see in the pictures. When you look inside, you can see the lace curtains and little green shades on the windows. A couple of the shades have cracks in them like the one at the attic / dormer window. You can also see that the front door opens on hinges. Inside the house its all open. The house does have some edgewear, scrapes, chips, crackle, alligatoring, nicks, grunge, fading here and there, scuffs and chips! The roof has some dings at the corners and edges as you can see in the pictures. The house measures 17.25″ D (with the porch) x 11.75″ W x 24.75 H (not including the chimney). Along with the house, there are a few accessories. First there’s a little set of stairs off the front porch. There is also a little storm shelter door which we show on the left side, but could be put anywhere. There’s also a little green bench and three wood Primitive style chairs.
