For years, I poured my heart into the fast-paced world of professional kitchens, crafting exquisite dishes while my friends and family celebrated life’s milestones without me. I missed weddings, funerals, and birthdays-moments you can’t get back-while the relentless hours slowly wore down my body. Eventually, I realized that while I was feeding others, I was starving parts of myself. That’s when I turned to art-not just as a passion, but as a lifeline. Today, I channel that same intensity and creativity from the kitchen into my canvases, telling stories that once simmered on the back burner of my own life. I’m no longer missing out-I’m painting my way through it all. My name is JEAN LMNOP and I’m a Professional Chef turned Professional Artist —I grew up in Chicago, surrounded by the love and chaos of a big Italian family, where food wasn’t just nourishment-it was celebration, storytelling, connection. I paint a variety of subjects in a style that is continuously evolving to match my mood, influenced by Pop Art, Abstract Expressionism, Neoexpressionism, Cubism and Street Art / Graffiti. I’ve been gradually developing my creative voice that expresses these influences for over 2 decades and I hope my work brings you years of joy. All same size, type, etc. For orders where you will be mixing and matching, message me for a combined invoice please. The sides are painted in a coordinating color so that the piece is ready to hang. All reasonable offers considered. That’s the bottom line. You can return the painting within 60 days if you are not satisfied. I will always take my art back. Thank you in advance for your business and have a great day.
