Gail Struve, a local Evanston artist, has been creating drawings, paintings and sculptures focused on the figure throughout her career. Energetic brushstrokes and expressive lines embody her stylistic work. Struve has studied under George Cohen at Northwestern University, John Pearson at the Cleveland Institute of Art, and Paul Wieghardt & Nelli Barr at the Evanston Art Center. She has exhibited locally and nationally at Peoria Art Guild (Peoria, IL), C.
