I believe In This painting artist repaints a famous art work from a book Charles Wysocki Impressionism Art. Americana he added his personal touches by naming the shops in the background with his name likely Bob Nicholson. Note Nicholson Deli and Bobs Fishery. The art is in excellent condition minor scratches on frame. The following is from Google ai also and not always 100% right. This is a folk art painting titled “Serenity” by John R. Clark, a self-taught artist from the New England area. The painting depicts a paddle steamer named “Serenity” in a harbor with a town in the background. The style is reminiscent of other New England folk artists like John Orne Johnson Frost, who also painted maritime scenes. The painting is framed and appears to be a vintage piece of artwork.
