Miniature paint decorated chest with a cut-out bracket base and red and yellow swag and tassel decoration. This box reminds me of painted tinware. The box is a reconstruction made from vintage oxidized pine. The black base paint is original and the paint decoration is a newer addition. It has brass hinges and bumps and bruises and wear. There is paint loss to the front of the box. It measures only 8-3/4″ wide x 5-3/4″ tall x 3-3/4 deep (front to back). Please view all of the pictures and ask any questions that you might have.
