Mounted on a green-painted wooden base with turned wood wheels. Early pull toys are well-beyond the scope of my expertise. The photos are probably the best description. Condition : Honest wear, paint loss, make-do repairs, soiling, etc. Perfectly Imperfect; this toy has likely seen generations of loving indoor and outdoor play. The paint appears original, but cant rule out a touch-up here or there over the years. Displays brilliantly with tremendous Folk Art appeal.
