This is a great old painting one of a kind, it is nice and big and strange! This same artist I have seen other anthropomorphic dogs and monkeys by him but i cannot find any other information anywhere. The paint is crackled. It’s very weird and cool and eye catching, great find! Please look closely at pictures as part of description. I have no idea exact age or where this painting is from.
