David W Gottshall (1942 – 2016, Pennsylvania artist) in the lower right and t. Is housed in a tiered wood frame. The dimensions are: 8. 25 inches wide, 6.75 inches tall and 1.0 inches deep. 6.0 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall.
