Up for sale is an Original Painting of 1930s NYC SUBWAY RIDERS by listed artist WILLIAM “BILL” MARLIEB. This colorful Folk Art piece is acrylic paint on canvas that has been beautifully framed. MARLIEB’02 in lower right corner. Image area measures 15 1/2″ by 19 1/2″ and the frame measures 22 1/2″ by 26″. Please check out all the pics. Bill Marlieb is a fourth generation New Yorker. He now lives in Wilsonville’s Charbonneau, Oregon. He graduated from New York School of Industrial Art and studied at the Art Students League and the Mew School of Social Research.
