Frame is signed and personalized with a message to my grandmother “Arlene” from Butch Anthony. Anthony in 1995 while living and traveling in the area. My grandfather, a retired U. Navy veteran and grandmother were oddity collectors themselves. They loved this painting and carefully transported it from house to house over 30 years of living across many of the U.
