Has an American flag & water – mountain-scape in background. Painting measures approximately 10″ x 12″ & framed 13-3/8″ x 15-3/8″. Condition is original & good. There is what appears to be the remnants of a gold leaf paint line, in the form of an arch, at the top of the painting (see last two pictures). It may have been to outline the top of the painting?
