An interesting and unusual 19th century oil on canvas depicting a view of The Tower of London from the River Thames. With several figures in 19th century dress on the south bank and with a Royal Barge and a three-masted gunship and other vessels on the river and the Tower of London in the background. Signed,”Wilson”, lower left, i n good condition and h oused in a contemporary giltwood frame, ready to hang. The image dimensions are approximately: 18 1/2” x 12” (47cm x 30cm).
