Antique Folk Art Oil Painting Waterfalls Trees Landscape Signed in the Original Frame. The frame measures 17 1/2″ x 30″ that fits artwork 13 1/2″ x 26″. It is signed and dated lower left, most of that is under the frame edge so could not read clearly, the backing has a note saying signed UDV. It is about 1900 era, certainly well over 100 years old. I personally like it, has a great Americana folk art style. Overall decent good condition, artwork looks good but note it is painted on a wood panel so shows some normal imperfections in the wood texture. The ornate gold gilt cast plaster gesso on wood frame has some typical edge chipping.
