Good used condition, no cracks, shows wear such as scuffs, leather is brittle on top and is broke off on one piece, would suggest hanging from indent on back or attaching a hanger. Antique 1907 AKC Champion Bull Terrier Oil Painting on Board, Folk Art. This original oil on board is quite striking with the black and white figure of the champion bull terrier in its shadow box frame. Champion Edger Côté Peer, AKC S13 #7833 of 1907. Back was replaced but I believe frame is original to the painting. Painting has a small repair spot. This dog just jumps out at you. Frame measures 16″ by 14″. The painting probably dates to the mid 19th century and is painted either a cut down artist board or on canvas and then laid down on board. This is a Double Sided Folk Art Painted Wood Game Board. There is a decal attached to the side that states that this is a No. This wood game board weighs 7.4 pounds and measures 28 and 1/2″ wide by 28 and 5/8″ tall by 1 and 1/2 thick. It is in good condition with some minor wear present. I do not see any breaks or repairs. There is a hook added to the one side in case you wanted to hang this on the wall for a wonderful folk art look. Please view all my photographs for further details. Please note all sales are final.
