AAFA Pennsylvania Dutch Wood. Pantry box with hand painted decoration. Beautiful pale blue painted wood with hand painted hand painted gold flower bouquet on the top and sides. Dates most likely mid 1800s. Pennsylvania Dutch style of thin shaved bent wood formed into an oval box, tied joints and slat bottom. Measures 16-1/2 long x 9-1/2 x 6 deep. Great condition considering age. Interior rim has some part of wood split off from original height (see photos). Some past splits have been repaired by past amateur restoration owner. Bottom slat is nailed into place, a little wobbly. Lid fits on great, excellent whole presentation when lid is placed on. Look amazing on your shelf. Minimal ware to decoration. ANTIQUE AAFA FOLK ART DOUBLE SIDED CHECKERBOARD ORIGINAL PAINT SALMON RED BLACK. Up for sale is this old hand painted checkerboard. It has a great folk art feel to it! The board has a wood frame around it with the game board in the middle. The game board has black (slightly dark blue tint in places) squares with reddish / salmon colored squares. The checkerboard has worn edges, paint loss, fading, separation, surface cracks and hand wear. The board is an 8 x 8 game field. It appears to be made from one large piece of wood. It measures 15″ L x 15″ W and is about 1 thick at the edges. The back side is a game board also. That side has a Parcheesi? Board painted on it with the some. Green area gaming sections. This side also has worn edges, scrapes, round indentations on the surface, paint loss and hand wear. This is a very nice double-sided game board!! As mentioned, there’s some edge wear, paint loss, nicks, scrapes, splatters, scratches and dings. There are also some areas where the surface of the board has lifted a little. All of these “issues” are just as you’d expect from and item of this age… It’s still just fabulous!!! It’s a very nice piece for your collection. Thank you for looking at this item. Aafa Ooak Folk Art Antique Primitive Garden Seat From Doors Alligator Blue Paint

AAFA OOAK FOLK ART ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE GARDEN SEAT FROM DOORS ALLIGATOR BLUE PAINT. Up for sale is this wonderful one of a kind garden seat made from old doors. It’s an adorable seat with crackly / alligator paint, lots of patina and a great look!! It is blue with layers of paint so it has that thick, many layers look to it. The paint is really chippy and peeling and you should expect some more of the paint to come off in transit or when you pick it up. There are areas where there blue paint, then a little darker blue paint, then some greenish paint and some areas where there is very little paint with wood showing and just a little crackly paint. The seat itself is an old unpainted board with a little scalloped edge under the seat! The grain is all lifted on the wood board as it was likely outside for a long time and was not painted. It’s a very nice decorative piece for any Primitive collection! This would look great in a perrenial garden setting. This is truly a one-of-a-kind item. The step measures 47″ H (to the back) x 30″ W x 18.5 D (at base). The seat is about 18.5 off the floor. We don’t know the age of this item. There are nicks, scrapes, small cracks, dings and worn paint as you can see in the pictures but nothing you wouldn’t expect from an item of this age. We will do our best to answer your questions. AAFA ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE FOLK ART RED PAINTED CHILD’S / DOLL’S TABLE / DESK & CHAIR SET. Up for sale is this wonderful little table and chair. It’s a small child’s table and it’s absolutely adorable. It has a little turned legs on the table with a small drawer in the side of the table. On top it has a little yellow border around the top of the table. The little yellow border is also on the chair seat. The chair is a cute little child’s chair with an open back with three vertical pieces of wood and an arched frame. This could be used for homework, school work, a desk or just decoration! It’s so cute!! The table measures 21. ” W x 15″ D x 18 H. We don’t know the age of this item but it looks early 20th century to us. There are nicks, scrapes, small cracks, dings and worn paint as you can see in the pictures but nothing you wouldn’t expect from an item of this age. There is a crack in the top as you can see in the pictures. There are round nails visible in the corners of the yellow border on the top of the table / desk. Best antique wooden fruit would be a Wow on any farm house table have never been a fan of the alabaster fruit so was thrilled to find these wood ones their paint is still vibrant has normal paint loss from age just looks good enough to eat! I have ever seen ones with this good of early paint. All are amazing the apples look like they were nesting apples 14 pieces in all along with an antique very dry bowl it has a great patina and does have a crack you can see in last two pictures but it is sturdy and stable.
