Sweet naive painting with interesting subject, signed by artist & poet Charles I Ramsey Doeg, complete with provenance and a cute pencil written poem. Seems to have been after the Provincetown fish pier in Cape Cod. Just a really nice little time capsule and not something you will likely find again.
