ANTIQUE VICTORIAN WOODEN CARVED PAINTED FOLK ART LADIES BOOTS. Circa Mid to Late 1800’s. Wonderfully hand painted black boots with red and gold flowers and gold side buttons. The details are stunning! The pair of boots are Standing on a heart shaped, hand painted, footed, thin, tole shield of beautiful blues and gold trim with center floral. “If these boots could talk”! Are these an antique model or prototype of custom boots or what? Not sure what their purpose were but they are lovely! Aged to perfection for its age. Some Imperfections and screw missing holding one of the boots on top of the tole. Measure 6 3/4″ T including pedestal base x 6 1/2″W x 7 1/2 D. One Boot is 5 3/4″T x 2″ W x 4 1/4D. Make me an offer! Early Antique Aafa Folk Art Wooden Doll Cradle Original Paint Square Nails Dovet

EARLY ANTIQUE AAFA FOLK ART PRIMITIVE WOODEN BABY DOLL CRADLE (c1800) ORIG PAINT SQUARE NAILS DOVETAILED. Up for sale is this wonderful old, 19th-century baby cradle. We don’t know how old but most of these we have seen are from the 1800’s. This one might be earlier that that!! It’s wood, it’s dovetailed, it has wooden pegs, it has big honking square nails and it’s just adorable! The wooden pegs are in the bottom of the crib and go in to the rockers. The big square nails are on the end and we took a close-up of those. It’s a wonderful aged-old greenish paint on the outside and a worn wood dark stained on the inside. There is some edge wear, paint loss, nicks, broken dovetails, cracks, scrapes, splatters, scratches, dings and patina. The top round part of the cradle has a crack in it as you can see, as does the side of the tall part. The side part has pulled away slightly from the crib at the crack. At the footboard there’s also a couple of cracks and the top part is a bit wiggly if you mess with it but it is still well attached. The cradle leans a little to the left as you can see from the end. All of these “issues” are just as you’d expect from an item of this age. 41″ L x 23″ H to the top and 13″ H to the cradle x 20″ W at the rockers and 14 W at the crib. ANTIQUE AAFA FOLK ART WOODEN MILKING STOOL ROBINS EGG BLUE ALLIGATOR PAINT. Up for sale is this wonderful little miking stool. It has crackly old paint, lots of patina and a great look! The step measures 12.25 L x 8.75″ W x 10″ H. It is a nice robin’s egg blue with off-white and wood undertones. There are layers of paint so it has that thick, many layers look to it. Then, there are areas where there is very little paint with wood showing and just a little paint. There are also some areas of white paint on it including some on the underside. Its a very nice decorative piece for any Primitive collection! On one side there’s a crack and it was apparently repaired with a piece of wood underneath and painted over like the rest of the stool. You can see the split in the side. Then there’s a little round wooden bar under the seat also. The top has big mortises into the side legs as you as see in the pictures. This is truly a one-of-a-kind item. We dont know the age of this item. It’s a nice piece for your collection. Thank you for looking at this item. Antique Folk Tramp Art Old Paint Wooden Wood Spools Small Lidded Box Footstool. Antique folk art lidded box. Circa late 1800’s/early 1900’s. Hand made wooden box, covered in wooden spools (that are cut in half–lengthwise and nailed onto the box). Four feet are also wooden spools. Lid is covered in fabric. Measures 13″L X 10″H X 10W. Vintage Akta Hemslojd Painted Swedish Dala Horse Wooden Folk Art brown Large 10

Original Swedish Dala Horse. Large: about 10inch high. Very good condition, but some same mark on the – please check pictures. Most of the Dala horse come without signature or year, but this one is signed and dated. Comes from swedish family, where grandfather was doing Vasaloppet. V asaloppet (swedish for’the Vasa-race’) is an annual long distance cross-country ski race held on the first Sunday of March. As he was parcipiating in several ski race, now some of those dala horse is for sale. Please check my other listing for another color and year. Swedish Dala Horses are perhaps the most recognizable horse in the world and have a wonderful history and story behind their creation. It doesn’t get any more Swedish than this! The horses are handcrafted, and the timber comes from the slowly growing pine forests around Siljan in central Sweden. Handpainted by artisans, each horse is unique.
