Wonderful 19th century cutlery tray with cutout handle and original wintergreen paint. Pine wood, possibly Virginia origin. Expected wear and paint loss, excellent over all. Bottom signed “Julia Bentley” with some practice scribble including a nice floral design (upper left) which was replciated on the sides of the box (see pics 8-10) though faded and hard to see.
