ORIGINAL HOWARD FINSTER AMERICAN FOLK ART ABRAHAM LINCOLN FIGURE PAINTING AUG. This piece of art is made out of wood and wood panel. The writing on the base is executed on thick paper that was cut and sized perfectly to the base. Finster even put a border line around it. A couple of tiny areas at the corner of the paper have a little rub to them, it doesn’t really show up unless you are looking closely at it, but they’re there. This one of a kind, vintage folk artwork is in very good condition without any sort of damage to the paint, wood or figure itself. It measures approximately 9-1/2″ tall, and the base measures 6-5/8″ x 3-3/8 in size. It is in very good condition. It is signed by Finster. It is also dated, Aug.
