15 1/4 x 20 3/8 in approximately, not including the extra edge. It has been in storage. Soiling in clouds I think and maybe elsewhere. It looks like gouache. You can see the colors run off the edge. There is a crease at the top. Allen is from Tennessee, and lived in Kansas City for a time and operated an art service.
