Here’s a vintage Folk Art Uncle Sam Figure, Hand made, Hand painted. I believe that the arms may have been made to hold an ash tray, piece has a hook at the top since it will not stand on it’s own. Shoes have tin/metal tacked to both sides. Measures 40″ Tall x 2 &1/2″ Wide x 14 Deep.
