Her celebratory use of colour spans abstract, still life and interior works, with a serious power to inspire. Jemma Jamie Skidmore is a British artist and illustrator. She studied Fine Art at Falmouth University, located on the stunning Cornish coast. After completing her studies, Jemma moved to London and then to Vancouver, Canada, where she worked in television. Throughout her career, Jemma has worked with many distinguished clients, including Oscar-winning director Steve McQueen, for whom she created picture book props. She has also created illustrations for prestigious publishers such as Simon and Schuster and Oxford University Press. Jemma now creates her paintings from her home studio in Gloucestershire, England, where she lives with her partner, son, and cat named Blue. You can view our full collection of these here. We operate from dedicated premises in Corsham, Wiltshire in the UK and utilise various humidity controlled storage facilities in the local area.
