Art from around the world. This person WAS a traveler. There was a few pieces of art worth more than my new car. I can’t not figure out the artist name, I also assume the estate sales company could not either. Simply return the item in the same condition you received it in. It is beautifully framed and matted. The frame is 4 and 1/2 in wide and very dimensional. The color of the frame is brown wood with a 1.5 in ocher painted portion. It is such a beautiful piece of art I’m very surprised that it is unsigned or possibly the signature is under the matte.

My Husband, daughter and I were sitting on our deck when a flurry of activity in the sky started. We watched in amazement as an image of a dog? Appeared in the sky. What is so strange the image looks like my dog Chauncey who only moments before had burned up the yard running in circles. We were amazed at what we saw. I decided to paint a picture based on the image. As I painted it came to me that we are in strange and serious times. Although the Bible warns us of this, we don’t seem to believe it or understand it. God reaches out to us in all sorts of ways but it can be too supernatural for us to accept. In this painting, I think about the many times I sit and talk to my dog but he only opens his mouth wide and let’s out a “yip”. But when he wants to communicate with me he bumps my leg and walks to the door to go outside. Successful communication, message sent, understood and received/accepted. I believe we need to look up and listen to what God is communicating to us.

Shortly after that I was fortunate to sign with a long-term collector in Japan, a subsidiary of Sony Corporation. Which spanned over a decade. During this time, I was invited to Japan on three occasions for one-woman exhibitions throughout the country. The kick-off at Tokyo’s Maxim de Paris included dignitaries from the American Embassy. Presently my artwork is in a permanent collection in the famous Yamatsuri Mottaini Library in Fukushima prefecture. It is also in hundreds of private collections internationally.
