Fancy Vermont paint decorated miniature chest with brown swirly decoration on an ivory background. The ivory background is original old paint. The decoration is a newer addition. The box features a nice stylized base, square cut nail construction and a till inside. The front and back panels are nicely mortised into the sides. The hinges are new. This is a reconstruction made from old recycled pine with original painted surface. The dimensions are: 7-1/4″ tall x 13-1/2″ wide x 5-1/8 deep (front to back).
