This piece speaks for itself. It is a unique, attention drawing, conversation starting, work of art. Although somewhat dark in tone, it certainly displays a sense of mystery and levity as well. A demon guy with a hook hand… Using it to play a record on a phonograph. I mean, how cool is that? Truly a very wide degree of vibes to this painting. I love this painting and have displayed it (as well as stored it away) in my home for the last 17 years. But we are purging, so it is time to let this go. I’ll likely regret it at some point in the future, but hopefully it can hang in the home of a new owner who appreciates this creation as much as I. I bought this from the artist, J. Parsons just after completion it in 2007. I have seen a few other paintings of his. Although the overall style and design are very similar, this one to me is the most interesting, accessible, and appealing in my opinion. Another eBayer stated that he believes that the artist has passed away, but I have no confirmation of that. The price is subjective when it comes to art, but my price here is based upon past sales and personal value to me. Painting is 9″ x12″ on a canvas panel. Please note: I believe it is oil based paint, but perhaps it is acrylic, so please bear that in mind.
