Primitive folk art black painted cloth doll/dollie/OOAK JOSIE 16
This pretty little cloth doll is my original pattern and design. “Josie” is about 16 tall not counting her wonderful hair. She’s very sweet and petite, a nice size to place anywhere. I gave her a warm complexion with my own formula that gives her face a nice natural glow. She’s a bit darker in person than pics. Show but her features are prominent enough to draw attention. Her features are painted and sealed for permanency. Her unruly hair is a dark brown ethnic weft sewn to her head. She’s dressed in a soft brown pleated fabric and her blouse is sewn from a bright white eyelet fabric. She wears white bloomers and I made her some frayed stockings to complete her look. “Josie” has applied ears, stitch separated fingers and her head swivels in both directions for a variety of poses. Her boots are painted glossy brown with a simple decoration down the front. Little dollie is a scant 5 with felted hair and painted features. This is a sweet collectible black cloth doll waiting for the perfect adoption. “Josie” was pleased to meet you.
