AAFA OOAK ANTIQUE FOLK ART PRIMITIVE CHILD’S PULL TOY STEAMBOAT NAUTICAL. It’s a child’s ride-along toy where little Johnny could sit on the back of the steamboat, hold on to the smokestacks and push with his feet on the ground. How cool is that? It measures 34″ long x 9.5″ wide x 20.5″ high to the top of the smokestacks and 18″ H without them. This wonderful steamboat weighs in at 20 lbs!!! A heavy and sturdy push pull toy! The boat is a nice white color with bluish accents, black smokestacks with red ends, and a red water wheel in the back. It’s been played with but is still in great condition considering it’s age. On the front there’s a metal loop where you attached the pull rope and have your friend pull you around. We took a close-up of him. The paint appears to be all original and is alligatored, surface rusted, patina-ed, edge worn, rubbed, scraped, nicked and peeled in places as you can see in the pictures. AAFA ANTIQUE FOLK ART PRIMITIVE PULL TOY WOOD BULL AND COW ORIGINAL HAND PAINTED. Up for sale are these adorable little pull toy bull and cow. Hey have little carts that they are on. The bull is red with little leather ears. He’s wood and has a little metal bell around his neck. He’s on a red cart with cute little wooden wheels. The cow is super cute too! She has stick legs like a Putz, and wooden ears and a little leather harness. She’s on a green edged cart with two yellow wheels and two silver colored wheels. The top of the cart has cream and wood color striping on it. Her legs go through the cart to the underside as you can see in the pictures. There are some hairline cracks in the cow’s legs. They are old and adorable. We’re not sure if their carts are original or not. 5.5″ long and 3.75″ high on his cart. Just the bull is 4.75″ long and 3″ high. AAFA ANTIQUE FOLK ART PRIMITIVE PULL TOY WOOD HORSE ORIGINAL HAND PAINTED BLACK. Up for sale is this wonderful wooden toy horse. His body is a black color while his saddle blanket is a grey linen backed material. He has a dark red, dry leather? Harness and hand painted red bridle, white eyes and red nostrils. He has a patch of white where his mane was and a little white thing for a tail. Hes in good condition considering his age and has some scrapes, paint loss, nicks and wear. His ears are a little dinged up and one ear is missing a piece of wood. Hes on a pull toy base with iron wheels that are inside the wood. This makes him pretty old. His base is a wood base with red filigree trim. The wheels are black. Hes a cute horse with a great attitude! As youd expect, there are scuffs and paint loss, nicks, dings, edge wear, smudges and patina! He measures 10.25 long x 3.75 wide (at the base). The base is 1.75 H and the horse, on the base is 10 H. Antique Folk Art horse pull toy ca. Stands 19 1/8 tall as seen. Weighs about 11 pounds. Horse alone is 16 7/8 tall, 20 1/2 long, about 5 wide. Base is 8 3/4 wide, 20 3/4 long and 1 thick. Very fine late 19th century carved wood horse pull toy. Original leather saddle , missing stirrups. Most of the reins are also missing but still has. Four metal tacks and a leather strip behind the ears. Original black finish accentuated with white at the ankles and face. Plus a yellow outline around the saddle. Has a beautifully carved flowing mane on the right side. Real horse hair tail. Base is a single piece of 1 thick oak with cut outs for the four wooded wheels. It has a small remnant of the leather pull at the front. A few minor scuffs. Tip of its left ear was broke off and glued back on. More photos on request. Found in central Iowa. This will be carefully packed in a large box. Measuring roughly 15″ x 26″ x 26.
