Found this wonderful wooden hand painted Noah’s ark years ago in Connecticut. The detailed paintings on each side and top are excellent. I wish it was signed by the artist. Measures 20 inches long and about 7 1/2 inches wide. Top roof is hinged nicely and all animals fit nicely inside. Pairs of hand painted carved wooden animals: zebras, elephants, camels, lions and giraffes. Animals are detailed and about 3 to 5 inches high. New England folk art.
