Here is a antique picture frame, painted with a faux bois(false wood) finish. It has been painted in a folk art hand-painted faux finish. It measures 21 1/2 x 26 ins. In total size and has a inner rabbet insert of 16 x 20 ins. It is in FAIR as is condition with some scratches to the surface paint, minor chips on corners, but still sturdy. Please look at all pictures. I found this frame in the mountains of North Carolina, it use to house a early 1900s portrait. Perfect for all kinds of artwork, anything that is an Americana piece, embroidery, samplers, paintings, photographs.
