The artwork is a unique piece by artist Purvis Young titled “Pregnancy, ” featuring two painted envelopes signed by the artist. Measuring approximately 9×9 inches together, this small paintings are an original acrylic piece from the Contemporary period in Outsider Art. The artwork showcases Young’s distinctive style and is a one-of-a-kind creation handmade in Overtown Miami Florida. They are unframed and depicts the subject of pregnancy, as Purvis would see around his neighborhood, making it a rare and collectible item for art enthusiasts. This artwork was acquired from the Purvis Young Museum directly from the late Larry T. My friend Larry titled this one. I have many others for sale in South Florida.
