1848 Swedish Folk Art Mourning Dalmalning Kurbits Painting with coffin. Unusual rare 1848 Swedish folk art Dalmalning mourning painting for someone’s daughter. Features a rare painted coffin memorial. Hand painted paper it may have been a larger piece that was cut down to frame. Measures 15.75″ by 13″ framed. Note the angels in the upper corners. All the side calligraphy are psalms.. I’ve had Dalmalning paintings before but never a mourning piece. Photos are part of the description so please review carefully.
