Vintage folk art painting approximately 21×17 signed Nicholson 1987 lower right not sure on specifics. I believe In This painting artist repaints a famous art work from a book Charles Wysocki Impressionism Art. Americana he added his personal touches by naming the shops in the background with his name likely Bob Nicholson. Note Nicholson Deli and Bobs Fishery. The art is in excellent condition minor scratches on frame. The following is from Google ai also and not always 100% right. This is a folk art painting titled “Serenity” by John R.
