The horse is in really magnificent condition, the paint is vibrant and 99.5% intact. There are a couple nick and scuffs – a little on the ear tips you can see in the picture. Overall there is great detail paint – notice the gold painted horseshoes and added touches around the hooves. The actual horse measures approximately 46″ inches in length, 8″ inches wide and 14 1/2 inches in height. The horse on the oak base measures 49″ inches in length, 18 3/4″ inches wide and 18 3/4 inches in height. This piece weighs 61 pounds. Was told this is roughly 30 to 40 years old and the artist made 4 other pieces like this. Everyone that has seen this piece comments about what high quality and detail this horse has.
